
Jazmine Jazmine, who is Philadelphia native is a native of Philadelphia, and was raised in the city. Pam is Jazmine's mom, and is an ex-backing singer with Philadelphia International Records. When she was five, her father was appointed as City's Historic Strawberry Mansion curator. She and her family moved later into the building's historic structure. The year 2005 marks her Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts graduate who is majoring in the field of vocal music. Sullivan started singing as a contralto children's choir, then a few years later in the adult group. Sullivan had limited exposure to secular music. She recalls when she was singing in solos at church when someone suggested signing her to the gospel label. However, she wasn't ready for the work. At that time, McDonald's held a contest for kids in big cities. I was allowed to sing "Accept what God allows" in The show Showtime at the Apollo. And the crowd responded very well. She was just 13 when she performed with Stevie Wonder for his grandson's birthday celebration. Sullivan was first signed to Jive Records at the age 15. When she was 15, she was signed to Jive Records. She made an complete album, but the album was never released. Sullivan was then removed from the label. They had a strong working relationship with Missy Elliott. Elliott produced several of her songs and tracks, such as "Backstabbers" the track that was written by Timbaland.
