Lesley Ann Brandt was a South Africa actress and model born on 2 December 1981. Her most notable roles are in television and movies. Brandt began her career with New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her part as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was a part of a lot of television shows over the course of the last decade, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies, and The Librarians. Brandt played the character of Mazikeen from 2016. The TV show Lucifer stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt grew up at Cape Town South Africa. In her late teens, she moved into Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career in ads and printed commercials. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel began when she was working in retail and information technology recruiting. In 2009, she landed her debut role as Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she starred in Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl named Naevia. The character of Naevia is also reprised by her on the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star on three different TV shows, including Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix popular series Lucifer. The role she played in Lucifer was the most prestigious that she has played to date. The show stars together with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
